Some of the internet pages use cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer or contain viruses. Cookies help us make our website more user friendly, effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are saved by your browser and stored on your computer.

You can change the settings on your browser to notify you when cookies are used, and allow cookies for individual websites, just in certain cases or block them altogether. You can also activate an automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. Deactivating cookies may restrict the functionality of our website.

Data protection statement for the use of Google Analytics

This website uses some functions provided by the web analysis service Google Analytics. The service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Google Analytics uses cookies. Cookies are text files stored on your computer that allow your use of the website to be analysed. The information created by the cookies regarding your use of the website is usually transferred to Google servers in the U.S. and stored there.

More information about how user data is handled by Google Analytics can be found in Google's data protection statement:

Browser plugins

You can prevent cookies being saved by changing your browser settings; we would like to point out, however, that this may result in you not being able to use all of the website's functions completely. You can also prevent the data created by the cookie regarding your use of the website (incl. your IP address) being collected and processed by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin from the link below:

Objecting to data collection

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking on the following link. It stores an opt-out cookie on your system to prevent data being collected in future when you visit the website: Deactivate Google Analytics

Contract data processing

We have entered into a contract for data processing with Google, and adhere in full to the strict regulations set out by the German data protection authorities in the use of Google Analytics.

IP anonymisation

We use the "activate IP anonymisation" function on our website. This results in Google shortening your IP address within the states of the European Union or in one of the other countries party to the European economic area treaty. The full IP address will only be transferred to Google servers in the U.S. and shortened there in exceptional cases. As commissioned by the operator of this website, Google will use this information to analyse website use in order to create reports about website activity and provide other services to the operator of the website related to website and internet use. The browser IP address transferred in connection with Google Analytics is not combined with other data held by Google.

Data protection statement for the use of Facebook plugins (like button)

Facebook plugins are integrated into our site, provided by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. The plugins on our pages are the Facebook logo and the like button. Here is an overview of the Facebook plugins:

When you visit our website, the plugin creates a direct link between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook receives the information that you have visited our website with your IP address. If you click the Facebook like button while logged into to your Facebook account you can link content from our website to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to assign your visit to our website to your user account. As provider of the website, we receive no information regarding the content of the data transferred nor the use by Facebook. See Facebook's data protection statement for more information: http://de-

If you do not want Facebook to be able to assign your visit to our website to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook account.

Data protection statement for the use of Twitter

Twitter functions are embedded in our website. These functions are provided by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. By using Twitter, and the retweet function, the website pages you visit are linked with your Twitter account and shared with other users. During this process data is transferred to Twitter. As provider of the website, we receive no information regarding the content of the data transferred nor the use by Twitter. See Twitter's data protection statement for more information:

You can change your data protection settings for Twitter in your account settings: ändern.

Data protection statement for the use of Google+

Our pages use certain Google+ functions. The service provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

Collecting and passing on information: You can publish information worldwide using the Google+ button. With the Google+ button, you and other users can receive personalised content from Google and our partners. Google stores both the information about the content that you gave +1 to and information about the page that you saw by clicking +1. Your +1 can be added to your profile name and photo in Google services, such as search results or your Google profile or elsewhere on websites and adverts on the internet.

Google records information on your +1 activities in order to improve Google services for you and others. You need a public, internationally-visible Google profile that at least includes the name chosen for the profile in order to use the Google+ button. This name will be used by all Google services. In some cases this name may even replace another name that you have used when sharing content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be shown to users who know your email address or have any other identifying information about you.

Use of data collected: In addition to the purposes mentioned above, the information you provide can also be used in accordance with the valid Google data protection regulations. Google may publish summarised statistics regarding the user's +1 activities or pass these on to users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers or associated websites.

Data protection statement for the use of Instagram

Instagram functions are embedded in our website. These functions are provided by Instagram Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. If you are logged into your Instagram account you can click the Instagram button to link content on our pages with your Instagram profile. This allows Instagram to assign your visit to our website to your user account. As provider of the website, we receive no information regarding the content of the data transferred nor the use by Instagram.

See Instagram's data protection statement for more information:

Data protection statement for the use of YouTube

Our website uses plugins for the YouTube site operated by Google. The operator of the site is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. A connection to the YouTube servers is established when you visit one of our pages with a YouTube plugin. This passes on information to the YouTube server about which of our pages you have viewed.

If you are logged into your YouTube account this will allow YouTube to assign your internet use to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

See YouTube's data protection statement to find out more about how user data is handled:
